RCW 39.34.040 authorizes Interlocal Agreements to be filed with the County Auditor or listed by subject on a public agency's web site (effective 06/07/2006).

Please contact the City Clerk's Office for Interlocal Agreements not listed on this page. We only post interlocal agreements that are temporary in nature (usually expire in one to two years). We do not publish interlocal agreements of a more permanent nature. These will continue to be recorded at Thurston County and are generally related to real property, Fire or Police Mutual Aid, or agreements without an expiration date.
